Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation – is offering 200 scholarships for $10,000, and 50 scholarships for $20,000. Scholars are selected based upon academic achievement, leadership, and their hours dedicated to community service. Interested students should visit: www.coca-colascholars.org. The deadline is October 31.
The Danny Marona Performing Arts Scholarship Fund – is offering scholarships to students in the Magic Valley based upon musical talent, or talent in dance or drama. For more information, please visit: www.dannymarona.com or call 1(888)627-6621.
Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2136 – is offering several local scholarships, as well as an opportunity to compete for national scholarships ranging from $1,000 - $16,000. This is an audio-essay contest. Applications can be picked up in the counseling center. The deadline is November 1.
AXA Foundation in association with US News & World Report – is offering scholarships for $15,000. Applicants should have demonstrated achievement, both academically, and personally. In addition, applicants should have respect for self, family, and community. For an application, please visit: www.axa-achievement.com. The deadline is December 15.
AFS – is a worldwide organization that exchanges more than 11,000 students each year to more than 50 foreign countries. AFS is offering several partial – full scholarships. Interested students should visit: www.afsusa.org. The deadline is October 31st.
The Elks National Foundation - is offering $4,000 - $60,000 of scholarships to seniors with financial need, possessing leadership skills. The Elks National Foundation is an organization committed to building stronger communities. The applicants must live within Twin Falls County. Applications can be picked up in the counseling center. The deadline is November 2.
